The IET Savoy Place in London stands as the ideal venue for the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association's Annual General Meeting. This prestigious location, with its rich history in engineering and innovation, mirrors ARCA's commitment to professional excellence and industry advancement.

Situated along the Thames, the recently modernised venue offers state-of-the-art facilities. Its central location ensures easy access for members from across the UK. The meeting will take place in the venue's Turing Lecture Theatre, ensuring excellent acoustics for all presentations. For the luncheon, attendees will enjoy the stunning views of the River Thames from the Riverside Room.

We are pleased to announce that Adrian Hodkinson, the recently appointed head of the HSE Asbestos Unit, has agreed to deliver the keynote speech during the meeting.

The Day's Events:

  • 09:00-10:00 Registration (Tea, coffee)
  • 10:00-12.00 Annual General Meeting in the Main Hall - Keynote speach: Adrian Hodkinson, Head of HSE Asbestos Unit
  • 12:00-13:00 Champagne reception (Champagne, beer, wine & soft drinks)
  • 13:00-15:30 Three-course Luncheon in the Main Hall (Wine, tea & coffee, petit fours)
  • 15:30-After party (Venue to be confirmed)

Bar open throughout the luncheon until 15:00

The ticket price of £140 + VAT per guest includes the AGM meeting, drinks reception, and luncheon. Alternatively, guests can book the AGM meeting or drinks reception and luncheon separately, and each event is priced accordingly.
