The seminar is for all commercial property owners, facility managers, construction managers and health & safety managers, as Steve Sadley, CEO of ARCA, will discuss their legal responsibilities to appoint competent contractors when managing an asbestos removal project. The presentation will include their duties as outlined in the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
