ARCA retains ISO 9001 with flying colours

For the last twelve years ARCA has followed and been audited annually under the ISO 9001 quality management system.

The ARCA management system describes procedures and processes to be followed in order to prove the Association’s ability to consistently provide quality membership, training and audit services.

“Last week ARCA was audited as part of this quality management system to check conformity to the standard,” stated Steve Sadley, Chief Executive of the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association.

“I’m delighted to say that no non-conformities were reported and no opportunities for improvement identified. This is a great testimony to all the staff who work towards delivering a first-class service.”

ARCA has preparations towards ISO 9001: 2015 well underway for meeting compliance within the transition period ending September 2018.
