ARCA retains ATO status

Last month, ARCA was audited by CITB and retained Approved Training Organisation (ATO) status with no non-conformances identified.

By delivering asbestos training courses and undertaking assessments, as well as claiming CITB grants for members, an annual CITB audit reviews the quality of all ARCA’s training processes and procedures.

Following these processes and procedures demonstrates ARCA’s ability to consistently provide quality training and assessments. Also, the audit covers training and NVQ documentation, such as, lesson plans, internal reviews and assessment evidence.

“We are delighted to have retained the ATO status again this year with no non-conformances.” commented Satish Patel, Training Manager of ARCA.

“On speaking to the auditor, he commented that ARCA’s quality assurance process is documented and on sampling the process on today’s visit is robust. This highlights how the ARCA team continues to work hard to deliver the best possible service to our members.”
