ARCA receives excellent feedback for remote training

Feedback from operatives, supervisors and managers on ARCA’s remote asbestos training courses continues to be excellent.

During October virtually 50% of candidates chose to provide feedback after a training course, resulting in some impressive average ratings (10 being the highest):

               How did the presenter get the course information across?  9.7
               Were you satisfied with the pace of delivery of the training?  All said yes.
              Overall how satisfied were you with the training? 9.4

Some candidates provided comments too.

              “This is the first training I have attended using the Zoom platform and I thought James did a fantastic job of engaging with everyone.”
              “The course content was spot on and delivered in an extremely professional and friendly way.”
              “This was my first online training, I thought it has been well thought out and delivered very well.”
