ARCA Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Recertification

The Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA) has successfully renewed its ISO 9001:2015 certification, The recertification, awarded by the certification body NQA, follows a thorough audit of the organisation's quality management systems and operational procedures.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard is internationally recognised as the benchmark for quality management systems, requiring organisations to demonstrate consistent delivery of products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. ARCA's successful recertification affirms its ongoing dedication to maintaining high standards in supporting its membership base and the broader asbestos management industry.

During the comprehensive assessment, NQA auditors evaluated ARCA's core service delivery, including its membership support, training initiatives, and auditing services. The review specifically focused on leadership effectiveness, organisational goal setting, strategic implementation, and risk management protocols.

The audit findings highlighted ARCA's robust quality control measures and strong leadership commitment. According to the official audit report, the organisation demonstrated "well-defined context" and "effective leadership," with evidence of consistent compliance across operational activities. The report particularly emphasised the thoroughness of ARCA's documented procedures and system-wide implementation.
