Senior Asbestos Supervisor

Furn Contracts Ltd are currently seeking an experienced Asbestos Supervisor to join the team in Essex focused on managing both Licenced and Non-Licenced Asbestos Removal.

Requirements:

• Proven track record and ability to remove, repair and encapsulate asbestos containing materials in line with all health, safety, quality and environmental regulations and legislation.
• Ability to understand, comprehend and follow Plans of Work, Material Safety Data Sheets and all associated Risk and COSHH Assessments.
• Hold responsibility for completing all site generated documentation and daily exposure records.
• Ability to carry out daily checks of all operatives RPE Excellent communication skills when liaising with both site personnel and office teams.
• 2 Years Minimum of Experience in the Asbestos Industry
• Hold a Valid CSCS Card Hold a Clean Driving Licence

Medicals/Certifications:

• FULL Asbestos Medical
• FULL FACE Certificate
• HALF FACE Certificate
• Respirator Certificate
• Supervisor Training (Training is provided on an ongoing basis)
• Qualified to Tow

Role Type: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours – 7 Days Per Week – Hours TBD

Location: Head Office – Based in Basildon, Essex

Travel: Anywhere within the UK

Salary: £180 - £200 per day – (Benefits TBD)
