Contracts Manager

Asbestech is one of the leading providers of asbestos and hazard removal services in the public and private sectors within the UK. We currently have a vacancy within our Contracts Delivery Team. Our team is key to our success and we work hard together to ensure that we continue to deliver exceptional results to a remarkable list of clients. The role carries responsibility for planning, costing, and the safe delivery and management of projects of all sizes as well as the management and motivation of our site teams and interaction with clients and stakeholders to board levels.

The role is primarily out in the field with clients and on site but you will be based from our Hatfield HQ.

You will be able to demonstrate solid experience and a sound knowledge of our industry together with an understanding of the regulatory framework that our sector operates within. You will be an excellent communicator who enjoys building great relationships and you will share our passion for delivering high quality work with a focus on the detail, and who ensures that we provide success for both our clients and our teams.

The role requires:

• ARCA Licensed Contractor Management Training
• ARCA Risk Assessment Training
• CSCS Card

Knowledge of the easyBOP and Assure360 systems would be an advantage.

Training, both mandatory and elective, will be arranged by the company as necessary.

A full driving licence is also essential.
