Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Manager to join our team and be an intrinsic part of our continual growth. The successful candidate will be a real team player with personal responsibilities for managing the costing and delivery of asbestos contracts, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent commercial and communication skills and a strong understanding of licensed asbestos removal systems and processes, but you will always have a strong team backing you up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review client needs to provide solutions, timescales and costs in a commercially astute way
• Allocate and manage suitable and competent labour and resources to ensure the safe and successful delivery of contracts.
• Ensure that all safety, health, environmental, and quality objectives are met.
• Record and manage all pertinent information within the company intranet system for ease of retrieval.
• Report on commercial and contract performance to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Attend and actively participate in meetings as directed by the Senior Leadership Team.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards.
