Asbestos Contracts Manager

Reddish Vale is a family operated multi-disciplined company which offers both licensed / none licensed Asbestos removal as well as internal soft strip / alteration works across the UK. We believe in good quality hard work and overwhelmingly aim for maximum client satisfaction through impeccable site standards.

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic qualified contracts manager to join our team and support the continued growth of our company.

The candidates’ keys responsibilities will be:

• Oversee multiple Contracts from conception to completion
• Manage site teams and coordinate their activities
• Effectively manage project budgets
• Ensure programs are being maintained and ensure timely completions
• Attend client meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, site staff, administration and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE)
• Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations and uphold site standards
• Prepare compliant Risk Assessments and plan of works as well as company required documentation

• Strong multitasking abilities and capability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, including MS Visio/Project
• Ability to identify and resolve site issues promptly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to set realistic tasks for site teams and ensure their completion
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Possess a valid UK driving license
• Licensed asbestos contract manager qualification with a minimum of 3 years' experience
• IOSH or NEBOSHH qualification (Preferred but not essential)
